Welcome to Brighton Primary - Bposh Outside School Hours Club page!

We aim to deliver a well planned, exciting and organised program of activities and experiences suited to primary aged children! Through these experiences the children will develop positive values towards a physically active lifestyle, enhance their self esteem, independence, leadership skills and nurture relationships with their peers. Programs are designed to enhance the development of children’s skills, knowledge and understanding in physical, social, emotional and intellectual areas.

Interested in using the Service? Next Steps:

To help us provide a quality service that meets the National Standards, all families that wish to use the program must complete the attached registration form in full prior to the child attending the service. This is to ensure that we have the correct child and guardian information, are notified of any medical or development needs, and know your booking choices, billing procedure and Child Care Benefit information.

Bookings

When completing the Registration Form, you will indicate what type of booking you need to make. At Camp Australia we have three types of bookings:

Permanent Booking: These bookings carry over each week until notification of a change to the booking is received by Camp Australia. These must be weekly bookings for the duration of the term.

Causal Booking: These bookings need to be made by 5 pm of the day prior to care. This ensures we have the appropriate staffing ratios and resources in line with national standards.

Emergency/On the Day Booking: Despite our best efforts things can crop up! To help you manage this we will do our best to accommodate you, although a position cannot be guaranteed at this late stage.

Cancellations

Cancellations need to be made one week prior to the scheduled date of attendance, otherwise the full fee will be charged, unless a medical certificate is supplied. We need this notice to make sure we plan the staff rosters accordingly, and don’t have to cancel shifts, and also to avoid wastage of food.

If you do need to cancel your child/children’s attendance for a service, please let us know – that way we are sure your child is safe. Cancellations need to be made by the Parent or Guardian, not by the child.

Signing in and out

We hold the safety of your children as being paramount, and so require all children to be signed in and out of each session by an authorised adult. We will only allow those people you nominate on your Registration Form to collect your child/children.

After Care: $16.50 PERM, $18.50 Casual
